The CVI Five Questions is a screening questionnaire which has been validated by peer-review publication in international journals.

The Ulster University CVI Inventory was developed by Professor Gordon Dutton and his team at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow. There are two versions for different ages.
